 Helping you to reduce anxiety - and learning techniques to support that aim-  are central to our approach. 

Anxiety and stress are at the core of many conditions that we see and to some extent many of us have become ‘addicted ‘ to an always-on, stressful lifestyle ....on the move or on a device. 

Unfortunately, when our ‘stress buckets’ become full, this can manifest through anxiety, physical ailments as well as sleep issues and depression.

Hypnotherapy- like REM sleep- is a proven way to empty your stress bucket. We provide guidance to help you learn deep relaxation techniques, reduce stress levels and improve your overall well-being.

  Our brains are very good at linking certain feelings & moods to a behaviour, such as snacking on sugary foods. 

The 'feel good ' chemicals that are released - such as dopamine- reinforces that link and can create a cycle of behaviour that may not be positive. Often when we are under pressure or feeling anxious, we will find ourself reaching for the chocolate , crisps or biscuit tin – without our brain actually checking in to see if we are hungry or needing energy. 

The result is that this ‘stress eating’ can  become a habitual behaviour and un-do even our best efforts to exercise or eat well at meal times. 

Using hypnotherapy, we can get ‘rewire’ those patterns at source, working over a series of sessions to strengthen links to more healthy habits and enabling you to visualise your future, healthier self.

  Whether it is a fear of flying, of heights or of spiders or snakes, phobias can have a major impact on our lives. 


Through hypnotherapy , we can work directly to address the phobia area.  This process is relatively quick, as little as  3-4 sessions if it is a ‘simple’ phobia of one specific trigger.  


Complex phobias may take a  longer to resolve.   Often we will also engage NLP techniques, to help reframe an experience or trauma .Get in touch to discover more

Clinical hypnotherapy targets the sub-conscious motivations for our habits , whether it is smoking, drugs, chocolate, porn or binge drinking. These may include the urge to reduce boredom, to be accepted by others, loneliness or to dull traumas from earlier in life.

With smoking and vaping, it is primarily the behaviorial patterns that keep the habit alive – whether it is smoking on work breaks, on the drive home, or at the pub with friends. 

Our techniques directly address these templates in your mind – we break the thought patterns that causes the urge to smoke in the first place
