Keeping mentally fit and focused is now widely recognised as a crucial part of high performance individuals. Solution focussed therapy, positive visualisation and hypnosis have a proven track record of supporting the achievement of stretching goals or performing at the highest level, whether it's sports or in your career.
Equally we might be concerned about exam performance [whether it's A levels or University finals] or how we perform in a newly promoted role. The same principles apply and hypnotherapy helps to focus on the positives in your skillset, to manage anxiety, help project confidence and to deliver results at the top end of your capability.
I work across a number of areas of performance & can share recent client testimonials -and would be happy to put together a bespoke package of coaching, advice and therapy for you
Hypnosis and visualisation are now widely used across all levels of sport. Training your brain to a winning mindset
Often people focus on the physical side of their sport, on technique and their fitness - with the mental side of it left as a footnote.
Even at the amateur level though, having that positive mindset- being able to learn & bounceback from defeats or difficult situations- cannot be under estimated.
And at the more elite level, that confidence and mindset can be the difference between victory and defeat.
