I'm Bob and I am the Lead Therapist at rewired, bringing over 30 years experience in analysing people's behaviour, coaching teams and launching businesses. I've added to that a specialism in clinical hypnotherapy
We use proven techniques rooted in neuroscience, to help clients take significant & positive 'fast steps' to their goals. In short, I can help you set direction to that positive future and teach you techniques to overcome self doubt, anxiety, fears or even addictions that might be causing you issues.

When our bodies are physically relaxed, we can be more mentally relaxed. Our sessions focus on ways to help you relax, to de-stress & improve your sleep.
And from our first chat, we will work hard to understand you as a person. From experience, each one of us will have a unique set of circumstances and drivers of our current issues. Needing a unique solution and support.
During the hypnosis part of our sessions, you are carefully guided into this relaxed state , where attention is focused and your mind is open to suggestions. This state of relaxation is very natural and similar to meditation or daydreaming.

Anxiety and stress are at the core of many conditions that we see and to some extent many of us have become ‘addicted ‘ to an always-on, stressful lifestyle ....on the move or on a device.

Whether it is a fear of flying, of heights or of spiders or snakes, phobias can have a major impact on our lives.
Through hypnotherapy , we can work directly to address the phobia area. This process is relatively quick, as little as 3-4 sessions if it is a ‘simple’ phobia of one specific trigger.

For new clients under 18 years , we require a Parent or legal guardian to be present for the first consultation and to approve the treatment plans.
