I've built a specialism in understanding behaviour and I take a science and data-driven approach to finding the right solutions for my clients.

I studied Economics at Cambridge University, before a career in marketing and customer analytics and am a fully qualified Solution-focussed hypnotherapist , training through the respected Clifton school CPHT.
In 2024, I've built over 300 hours of clinical hypnotherapy with clients.
Outside of work, I'm married and the proud father of two daughters 19 and 16 years old. I love to travel , especially to Asia and anywhere tropical . And enjoy lomng distance cycling or just mountain biking the Surrey Hills trails.
I'm also a big F1 and rugby fan.

Prompted by my Mum's dementia diagnosis during Covid , I decided to build my psychology and therapy expertise.
I am a full qualified Solution Focussed hypnotherapist through the
gold standard Clifton school.
I'm a member of the National Council of Hypnotherapists [NCH registration 12352]
and also of the Association for
Solution-Focussed Hy
Prompted by my Mum's dementia diagnosis during Covid , I decided to build my psychology and therapy expertise.
I am a full qualified Solution Focussed hypnotherapist through the
gold standard Clifton school.
I'm a member of the National Council of Hypnotherapists [NCH registration 12352]
and also of the Association for
Solution-Focussed Hypnotherapists.
I've taken additional courses to gain skills in sports hypnotherapy, including a diploma with Mike Conway [who has led psychology support for Spurs, the Australian football team & numerous other pro athletes
I have an Extended DBS , for working with children & vulnerable adults
I also work with 2 qualified psychologists with 20 years+ experience, where I can refer cases if required

The rewired cabin is designed to be a peaceful, relaxing space to escape for an hour and to have your session. It's bright and quirky inside, enough to raise the positive spirits from the get-go!
Parking is also simple, straight outside on street , with no charges- much less stressful than some town centre therapy rooms.

We have a fridge of chilled drinks and space to walk & chat in the garden if the weather is good.
Online sessions are also available and in fact, many of my clients are online only or mix face to face and video sessions.
